Macarthur Early Learning was established in 2012 with a simple but powerful vision to create a nurturing, high-quality early learning environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired to grow.

As a privately owned and operated 80-place centre, MEL was built on the belief that early childhood is not just preparation for school, but a foundation for life. From the very beginning, our focus has been on providing meaningful learning experiences in a supportive, family centred environment.

Being privately owned allows us to make thoughtful decisions that prioritise children, families and educators. We are not driven by numbers we are driven by relationships. Over the years, we have built a strong sense of community, with many families returning with younger siblings and recommending us to friends and extended family.

Since opening our doors in 2012, MEL has grown into a trusted early learning service within the community. Our long standing educators, welcoming environment and commitment to continuous improvement have shaped the centre into what it is today a place where children feel confident to explore, create, discover and belong.

Our 80 place service allows us to maintain a close-knit atmosphere while offering diverse learning opportunities across age groups. Each child is recognised as an individual, and we work in partnership with families to support their development socially, emotionally, physically and cognitively.
